About Attorney Rory Vohwinkel
Rory Vohwinkel began his legal career at one of Nevada’s oldest and largest law firms, representing clients in commercial litigation and business transactions. Rory went on to serve as the sole in-house attorney for a national real estate investment and property management company. In 2009, Rory founded his own law firm to help the people of Las Vegas facing financial devastation as a result of the downturn in the economy. Since opening his own firm, Rory has helped hundreds to file bankruptcy to protect them from harassing creditors and other financial hardships, as well as, assisted scores of homeowners successfully obtain loan modifications and short sale their homes. Rory is a second-generation native of Las Vegas. He attended Santa Clara University in Northern California, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a second major in History in 2000. He attained his law degree from the University of Arizona in 2003. Rory was admitted to practice law in Nevada in 2003 and is allowed to practice in all Nevada and California state courts as well as federal court for the District of Nevada. Rory is also a member of the American Bar Association and a licensed Nevada real estate agent.
